News from NetGalley

At NetGalley, we like to take a moment at Thanksgiving to thank you for your loyalty and support. We are grateful to have a dedicated community of Book Advocates who love reading and recommending – you truly help new books succeed!

By the end of this year, your enthusiasm for reading & recommending will mean that nearly 2 million books will be read through NetGalley, with close to 500,000 reviews and recommendations shared. You have helped place great books in stores, academic courses, schools and libraries around the world. And most importantly, book influencers like you help readers discover new books, fall in love with spell-binding stories, learn about a timely or relevant topic, and become lifelong fans of new authors.

Be a part of our tradition…

Join us in thanking the publishers who use digital galleys to give you early access to their books. Post a thank you message on our Facebook page, or on Twitter using #thankspublishers. We’ll collect and share each “thank you” to our publishers, on your behalf.

This week, we’re also showing our appreciation for indie bookstores. Help us celebrate Indies First, a national (US) campaign on Small Business Saturday in support of independent bookstores, by browsing your favorite Category on NetGalley to discover the highlighted Indies First books.

It’s a pleasure and a privilege to help you discover new books. On behalf of our team and the 350+ publishers and hundreds of authors who use NetGalley, thank you!

All best,

  1. Thank you so very much I just started reviewing this year on NetGalley, and I am enjoying it a lot! Thank you for your generosity to people like me that just like to read and then review to here, Goodreads and Amazon! Thank you and Happy Holidays!

  2. Thank you, working with you all has been a great pleasure. I appreciate the opportunity to discover new writers and this is one of the best places to do that. I’ve had the opportunity to read and review books that I wouldn’t have had access to without NetGalley!.
